I offer free 30 minute meditation class  in which you can learn how to meditate and discover new information on subjects of consciousness, science, metaphysics. In a class you will try out meditation energy healing tools, mantras music from Shambhala Healing Tools. You will learn some exercises with breathing, movements that help before meditating. To be prepared for a meditation session a good night’s sleep is a must, an empty stomach is always better. You could also watch this video to guide you with self meditation at home.

This Meditation Class in Austin is free for people to attend. Our meditation room where teaching takes place is located with in an office building of a car dealership in Austin Texas. Teaching takes place after 6pm usually on Thursdays and is free for people to attend by appointment only. In a short session you will be introduced to energy healing tools and subjects of meditation, consciousness, energy healing, related topics. Free Meditation Session will be available after introduction where a student will experience meditating in a pyramid to mantras. No prior experience is necessary to attend these meditation sessions but this teaching is mainly for people who have interests in subjects of metaphysics, spirituality, consciousness, meditation.
