Visualization meditation is focusing on a vision. Image form building a way we manifest something into our reality therefore it can be a powerful practice. One can imagine a quite place, nature setting, peaceful atmosphere to slow down our thinking. Since conceptual thinking is based on our old thoughts, emotions, habits it is recommended not to visualize people in order to detach from conceptual patterns. Imagining yourself as an energy touching or spinning trees, water, earth, around our body are all ways to become conscious of moving energy.

Breath awareness meditations

Breath awareness is something that is recommended within any guided meditation type. Since breath can convert air into energy we can focus on deep breathing to bring back our attention. A student can breathe five seconds deep, hold a few seconds, breathe out for five seconds to enhance their practice. Breathing does not have to revolve around time patterns but should be done in a natural way with consideration of deeper breath producing more substantial effect.

Walking is also another possible way to bring self awareness to meditating. One can walk with hands placed behind their spine or focusing on conscious body movement to bring presence. Breathing is also recommended while using walking meditation to become self aware through body movement. Walking meditation can be used like yoga, other hand movement techniques to bring attention back through certain body movements.

Mantra meditations

Mantras are used in meditation as a way of listening or repeating certain sounds to enhance practice. Mantras can be referred to as sound patterns that align us to frequency of self orbit spin. Just like certain geometry, sounds can influence our thoughts, emotions, and energy in different ways. Certain sounds can make our cell molecules coherent while other disturbing sounds can bring non coherence according to water sound experiments. We recommend for inexperienced meditators to attend a guided meditation in person at least one time in order to kick off their practice.
